What Career Coach provides
Career Coach provides online resume review and writing, LinkedIn content recommendations, cover letter support, selection criteria assistance, interview preparation and related career branding services. We do not act as an employer or recruitment agency.
Enquiries and quotations
A general enquiry or request for a quotation does not, by itself, constitute a purchase or authorise work to commence. For services offered through online checkout, the price, inclusions and applicable conditions displayed at checkout form the basis of the customer's order upon successful payment. For individually scoped services, the agreed quotation or written confirmation sets out the scope, price, deliverables and any relevant conditions. Work is scheduled and commenced following order confirmation and receipt of the information reasonably required to deliver the service. Any change to the agreed scope is subject to the applicable revision and cancellation terms.
Your information and accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is truthful, lawful to share and accurate. You must review final documents and confirm employment history, qualifications and achievements before use.
Delivery and revisions
Following confirmation of the brief and authorisation to begin, Career Coach allocates the work to its delivery team against the agreed service-level timeframe. Turnaround periods begin once all required information is received. Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope; minor factual corrections and reasonable refinements may be accepted. Material changes to the target role, new documents or changed direction may require a separate quotation. Change-of-mind cancellation after work commences does not ordinarily attract a refund or pro-rata refund, subject always to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
AI Career Studio
AI Career Studio operates through one-time live checkout. Each purchase covers one submitted assessment and one successfully completed report per included tool. Customers can re-download a completed report and retry the same assessment following a technical failure; a different role or substantially different inputs require a new purchase. Reports are made available on the website as downloadable PDFs. Email delivery of completed PDFs is not currently automatic.
No employment guarantee
Career Coach cannot guarantee interview invitations, job offers, recruitment outcomes, employer responses or particular applicant tracking system results.
Intellectual property and use
Once the agreed service is paid for and delivered, customers may use their final personalised career documents for their own professional applications. Third-party templates, brand materials and website content remain subject to their applicable rights.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
